Liu Weiyi, vice-president of technology and senior engineer of Shanghai Soap Making Co., Ltd., counts the pioneering technologies and products of Shanghai Soap Making Co., Ltd., which is the first in China’s washing industry.
Over the years, Shanghai soap industry has always adhered to brand inheritance, quality adherence, professional and technological innovation based on the forefront of China’s soap industry. The newly built demonstration production base in Hanshan, Anhui Province, intellectualized production environment and cleanliness of processing workshop are the first factories in China to adopt GMPC (cosmetics) production standard in the soap industry.
Among them, two fully automatic soap production lines, with capacity of 40,000 tons per year, have only 20 workers. In the production process, feeding, printing, packaging, packing and other production links all realize automatic pipeline operation.
This year, the classic honeybee sandalwood soap and the fan laundry soap with the fragrance of sunshine were made by the demonstration base in Hanshan.
